How do i set a password ?

Security is of the utmost importance and by setting a withdrawal password you are ensuring that your wallet and details remain safe and secure. While it is not mandatory to set a withdrawal password we do recommend that you do. Setting a password can be done through the Security section of the app. Begin by tapping the Profile button in the top left corner of the home screen and then on Settings. Tap add on the password tab and create a password. 

Please note that once you have set a password, it can only be changed using your old password, so please take note of the password and store it away safely and securely. 

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is currently available when carrying out withdrawals and will be available across the app in later updates. If you wish to reset your password and don´t remember the previous, please contact customer support here.
