How do I verify my source of funds?

To further increase the limit of $CHZ and Fan Tokens you can deposit and trade on our account you will need to verify your source of funds and submit certain documents.

Follow these steps to complete your Level 4 verification.

• Tap the 'profile icon' in the top left corner.
• Tap the 'Personal Verification' tab.
• Tap the 'Verify your source of income' tab.

Go through the available options of sources of income and tap the one that applies to you and read through the required information and documents for your chosen option. Make sure to take note of what information is required.

After you have read through what information and documents follow these steps.

• Tap the 'Back' bottom.
• Tap the circle next to your chosen source of income. The circle will turn green and show a tick green tick sign.
• Once you have read through the ... tap the 'I Confirm' button. 

After this step, you will need to email customer support at [e-mail] with the required information and documents for your chosen source of income.

This verification is only required for users who are over or close to reaching their limit. If you are not close to the threshold, you won´t need to submit further documentation.
