Why can’t I withdraw my Fan Tokens?

Fan Tokens are locked once they are used for voting for the duration of the poll. They are automatically released for withdrawal once the poll ends. 

If you satisfy the above, and you still can’t withdraw your Fan Tokens, you may need to advance your level of verification. You can read more here

Please note that transaction minimums apply and it is not possible to withdraw less than $CHZ 200 or 5 Fan Tokens.
