Do I need to provide personal details when redeeming tickets?

When redeeming rewards and experiences you will be asked to provide your personal details. These details are needed for us to be able to issue tickets for match day experiences for you and for any guests that will be joining you on the day. If you have entered incorrect or duplicate information on purpose, your order will be canceled automatically.
