What is a Locker Room?
A Locker Room allows you to lock your Fan Tokens for a specific period (the campaign's duration) to earn in-app rewards. The rewards could vary, but upon the feature's launch, locking your Fan Tokens in a Locker Room will grant you an exclusive Reward, for example a Digital Collectible and/or Reward Points. All the Fan Tokens that are locked remain available for participation in all app activities (voting, predictions, etc.).
What is Locked Locker Room and Flexible Locker Room?
There are two methods of participation in a Locker Room:
Locked Locker Room: Lock your Fan Tokens until the campaign's end (end of Locking Period as indicated in the flow’s main screen) and receive your Reward immediately. Your Fan Tokens will be in a non-tradable status (unavailable for sale or withdrawal) until the campaign's end. However, they can still be used in other activities such as for example voting, predicting. Immediately after the campaign's end, your Fan Tokens will revert to a tradable status (available for sale and withdrawal).
Flexible Locker Room: Opt for the Flexible Locker Room option to lock your Fan Tokens. You can earn the Reward at the campaign's end(end of Locking Period as indicated in the flow’s main screen) if you do not unlock your Fan Tokens before that date. Your Fan Tokens will be non-tradable (not eligible for sale or withdrawal) until the campaign's end or until you decide to unlock them. It's important to note that all Fan Tokens within a Flexible Locker Room can be used in all app activities, such as for example voting, predicting. Additionally, this Locker Room provides the flexibility to participate and decide when to unlock the Fan Tokens. If you opt to unlock, you will forfeit the opportunity to receive the Reward at the campaign's end, and your Fan Tokens will return to a Tradable status (available for sale and withdrawal) immediately after unlocking.
Can I withdraw my Digital Collectible?
In case of a Locked Locker Room the Digital Collectible is eligible for withdrawal immediately after locking your Fan Tokens.
In case of a Flexible Locker room the Digital Collectible is eligible for withdrawal first after the campaign’s end upon your successful participation.
Please note that in both cases where you are also rewarded with Reward Points the information displayed on the Digital Collectible is for information purposes ONLY. Transfer of the Digital Collectible only transfers the ownership of such Digital Collectible and there will NOT be any transfer of the Reward Points indicated on the Digital Collectible, nor does such transfer constitute any other claim on Reward Points. The Reward Points will remain vested with the original holder of the Digital Collectible that participated in the Locker Room Feature and cannot be transferred to any third party.
Can I transfer my Reward Points?
No. Transfer of the Digital Collectible only transfers the ownership of such Digital Collectible and there will NOT be the transfer of the Reward Points indicated on the Digital Collectible, nor does such transfer constitute any other claim on Reward Points. The Reward Points will remain vested with the original holder of the Digital Collectible that participated in the Locker Room Feature and cannot be transferred to any third party.
Where can I view my Reward?
If you participated in a Locked Locker Room, with a:
-Digital Collectible reward: clicking on "Wallet" and then navigating to the "Digital Collectible" section.
-Reward Points: clicking on "Wallet" and then navigating to the "Fan Tokens" section.
If you participated in a Flexible Locker Room with a:
Digital Collectible reward: you can get a preview of your impending Reward by following the same steps – clicking on "Wallet" and proceeding to the "Digital Collectible" section. Initially, the Digital Collectible will appear greyed out (indicating ownership is pending). However, this greyness will disappear, and you will be able to access all the properties, details, and even withdraw the Digital Collectible after your successful participation in the given Locker Room Campaign.
Reward Points: you will be able to see it only after your successful participation in the given Locker Room Campaign, by clicking on "Wallet" and proceeding to the "Fan Tokens" section in the Wallet.
How do I unlock my Fan Tokens and how do I cancel my Locker Room participation?
If you have engaged in a:
Locked Locker Room: Kindly note that your participation can't be reversed, as you have committed to locking your Fan Tokens until the campaign's end in exchange for a Reward. It's important to mention that your Fan Tokens will automatically unlock at the end of the campaign. To check the specific unlocking date, simply head to the Wallet Partner Page: click on "Wallet," select the relevant partner card you participated for, and navigate to the "Locker Room" section.
Flexible Locker Room: Head to the Wallet, then click on the partner card (on the body, not the logo) you participated with. Scroll down to locate the "Locker Room" section and click on the "Flexible Locker Room" card (or the "Click to Unlock" button) to initiate the Unlocking process. Proceed through the flow, confirm your decision in the pop-up, and click "I'm sure." A confirmation pop-up will appear, confirming the successful submission of your Unlocking request. Please be aware that it might take a few minutes for your Fan Tokens to transition back to tradable status.
What is the Opt-in period, and how long can I participate? Can I unlock my tokens if I choose the Flexible Locker Room, even after the Opt-in period has closed?
The Opt-in period is the timeframe during which you can choose to participate in the campaign, typically lasting approximately two months from the campaign's start. During this period, you can decide to lock your Fan Tokens. However, please note that once this period has elapsed, you won't be able to participate in the campaign any longer.
One great feature of the Flexible Locker Room is that you maintain the flexibility to unlock your tokens even after the Opt-in period has closed. So, if you've opted for the Flexible Locker Room, you're not restricted by the campaign's timeline. You can unlock your Fan Tokens at any time that suits you, providing you with additional control over your Fan Tokens.
What should I consider before withdrawing my Digital Collectible, and which wallets or marketplaces support Chiliz Chain?
The Digital Collectibles are minted on the Chiliz Chain blockchain. To ensure a smooth withdrawal process, it's crucial to verify that your destination wallet or marketplace supports Chiliz Chain.
At present, OpenSea does not support Chiliz Chain, but Metamask, on the other hand, does. However, you need to import the Chiliz Chain blockchain to Metamask or any other self-custodial wallet that supports custom networks to view your Digital Collectible.

Please note that if you attempt to withdraw to a third-party platform that does not support Chiliz Chain, any issues or concerns related to the asset's recovery must be addressed through the third-party platform. We cannot guarantee the recovery of the asset in such cases. It's advisable to exercise caution and ensure compatibility before proceeding with a withdrawal.
How many Fan Tokens do I need to lock in order to receive a Digital Collectible and/or Reward Points, and what are the requirements for each class?
The number of Fan Tokens required to lock for each class of Digital Collectible and/or Reward Points varies. The amounts are specified on the main page of the flow of each campaign.
Benfica & Chivas are not available for Locker Room because the Fan Tokens are not tradable. Furthermore, any Fan Token on hold cannot be used for this campaign.
