Why isn't there a set date indicated for the Experiences?
Some of the incredible Experiences you can find on Fan Rewards may not initially have set dates. This intentional choice allows us to offer opportunities that are pending confirmation from the team.
Once we receive the green light from the team, along with the event date and exciting details, we will promptly update the experience information
When will I be contacted to finalize the details of the Experience I redeemed?
As soon as we receive confirmation from the team regarding the event date and all the intricate details, we will contact you directly.
What if I find myself unable to attend the event after the date is confirmed?
In the event that, after the confirmation of the event date, you discover you cannot attend due to prior commitments, we kindly request that you inform us as promptly as possible. We will swiftly cancel your order and reimburse the Reward Points you used to secure the experience.
Is there a time limit to confirm I can attend the event after the details have been shared with me?
When we share the exciting details of your selected experience with you, we kindly request that you provide a reply within 24 hours from confirmation. This timeframe allows us to efficiently manage the logistics and ensure that everything is set up.
Will the Experience be filmed?
It's important to note that some of the experiences may be filmed for promotional purposes. By redeeming an experience, you are indicating your acceptance and agreement to participate in any publicity materials related to the experience. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts and other promotional content.
What happens if I redeem an Experience that is eventually postponed or canceled?
If you happen to redeem an experience that, due to unforeseen circumstances, gets postponed or canceled, we will proactively reach out to you to inform you about the change in plans and refund the Reward Points back to your account. Please be aware that any expenses you incur (i.e., any travel or accommodation arrangements) due to the event being delayed or canceled, you will be solely responsible for.
Can I cancel my redemption if the Experience I redeemed is not given a date within three months of redemption?
If, after three months from your redemption, the event date is still not confirmed, you can simply reach out to our Rewards team and request a refund of the Reward Points you used to redeem the experience.
What happens if I turn up late to the experience?
Please ensure you arrive on time, as the start time will not be delayed for late arrivals. Your prompt attendance is crucial to fully participate in the event, and arriving late may result in missing out on key aspects of the experience.
