How do Reward Points Auctions work?

• To start, make sure you have the required amount of Fan Tokens and enough Reward Points to bid on any item.
• Each auction begins with an opening bid requirement.
• Place your bid using Reward Points, which will be locked in your balance until you win or are otherwise outbid. If another fan outbids you, your Reward Points will be returned, allowing you to bid higher. You’ll receive a notification if another fan outbids you, so you can act fast.
• When the Auction ends, the highest bidder wins! If you are the winner, you’ll be notified via email and an in-app notification, and the amount of Reward Points you bid will be deducted from your wallet. Make sure to complete the checkout process within 48 hours to ensure the delivery of your item. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order, and your Reward Points will be manually deducted and not refunded.
