To access certain features on the app or if you are from a jurisdiction which has a regulatory requirement to do so, you will receive a request to verify your residential address and submit proof of address.
Follow these steps:
Tap the 'profile icon' in the top left corner.
Tap the 'Personal Verification' tab.
Tap the 'Verify your postal address' tab.
Fill in your address details.
Tap the 'Proceed' button.
You will need to select which type of document you want to submit to verify your address.
Make sure your document includes:
*Your full name
*Your residential address
*Date, documents should have been issued within the last 3 months.
*A logo or clear name of the document issuer. (For example your bank, utilities provider or your local authority.)
Select which document you want to submit and tap the 'Proceed' button.
Choose the 'Use Camera' option to take photos of your original document or choose 'Upload a document' to upload a photo from your phone.
Once you have attached a photo of your document tap 'continue' and then 'submit'.
Our verifications team will review your documents and contact you once they have been verified or if further documentation is needed.
