How do I redeem Fan Rewards?
Rewards and experiences can be redeemed by exchanging your collected Reward Points in the Fan Rewards section of the app. Fan Rewards can be reached by tapping the Rewards icon at the bottom right of the app, and then tapping on the Fan Rewards tab.
What do I need to redeem Fan Rewards?
You’ll need to have collected a specific number of Reward Points depending on the amount required for the item, together with a specific amount of Fan Tokens to redeem various rewards.
How many Fan Tokens do I need to redeem Fan Rewards?
When redeeming rewards for any partner you will need to hold the respective partner’s Fan Token. The amount of Fan Tokens you need to hold in your wallet will vary and is visible on the top left section of the item display.
How many Reward Points do I need to redeem Fan Rewards?
This amount depends on the item you would like to redeem, the more exclusive and valuable the reward or experience, the more Reward Points you will need.
Do I need to verify my Socios account in any way before I can redeem a reward?
Yes, you will need to verify your identity before you will be able to redeem any rewards.

Why isn't the available stock for various items displayed on Fan Rewards?
The stock quantity is not displayed in order to avoid influencing users' bidding, and item redemption patterns. While we strive to fill up with as many Fan Rewards as possible, we are dependent on limited availability through our partners.
Why do the products offered on Fan rewards change from season to season?
Contracts with partners are reviewed and updated from season to season. These changes can affect the range of products we are allowed to offer as part of our Fan Rewards program. New agreements might include different terms, leading to variations in available products each season.
What happens if the description of the product in my language is different from the English version?
In case of discrepancies between the English text version of the products and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
